ICM Acquires US Division of Japanese Pallet Company DIC International. ICM parent company Otto Environmental Systems North America, Inc. purchased the US division of Japan’s DIC International in April 2007. ICM had been the US contract molder for DIC’s FA-4840 pallet, giving the Japanese concern a local point from which to sell the product. ICM will manufacture and sell the pallet as its first product offering ever. With the business purchase came James Morette, manager of pallet sales, who developed the pallet business for DIC for over five years, and has sold industrial products for ten years. ICM markets the pallet as the 4840 StackER, the first item available in the StackMate series of material handling products. ICM is happy to announce that product sales have exceeded expectations in the first few months of its launching.
