International Contract Molding LLC is a division of Otto Environmental Systems North America Inc. (OESNA), which is a member of the worldwide company, the Otto Group, headquartered in the Netherlands. The Otto Group employs more than 4,000 people, operates in over 40 countries, and has 12 manufacturing facilities. The Otto Group is also the largest manufacturer of plastic waste containers in the world with over 66 million Otto waste carts in use.

In 1988, Otto built its first US facility in Charlotte, NC. It expanded the facility in 1996 to improve lead times, enhance distribution and better control freight costs. A second manufacturing facility was opened in 2002 in Eloy, AZ, located between Tucson and Phoenix, to better serve the western half of the United States.

International Contract Molding performs its contract molding services for various companies in its facilities across the globe.
